Having multiple items in one listing

As a general guideline, you should only have one item per listing and every listing must only have one selling price.

The advantage of selling only one item in your listing is that buyers will be able to find your item easier when you:

  • list each item you are selling under the correct category
  • write a listing title that is descriptive and use keywords that are specific to each individual item.
  • opens the sale/auction up to more potential buyers by having only one item in a listing.

Identical items

You may only auction multiple identical items in one listing, up to a maximum of 10.
You cannot sell multiple identical items in one listing at a fixed price on LocalBuy

Non-identical items

You may auction/sell multiple non-identical items in one listing only if the items are closely interrelated and you must:

  • sell the items all together as one ‘lot’, and
  • provide details for all items included in the listing.
